I had a plumbing issue that turned out to be major and costly. My sewer system needed to be replaced from my foundation to some 30 feet down to the village system. I had used TandT in the past so was very confident in the diagnosis of my problem, not to mention witnessing these old pipes when they were dug up and exposed. The pipe in the foundation had literally sheered off. This was an huge job. Every one of the tradesmen were respectful of our property and kept our inconvenience to a minimum,. There was great communication and they kept within the estimate. It’s very comforting to know a job like this was done by the highest standards in the industry. We lost one sidewalk square but they were all 34 years old so we opted to go ahead and replace the sidewalk not just the one square. Tom gave us a referral of who could do this work and as you can see they also did a great job. Thank you TandT.

It was the night before Christmas… Eve. And our kitchen sink had been having problems for a few months. Specifically, the faucet set. It was the original setup that came with the house. Well, unit. So, it was roughly 30 years old. Some 15 years ago, my mother had bought a replacement faucet. Without looking under the sink. We left it somewhere in the garage and forgot about it. Fast forward to that day, I was tasked by my mom to replace the old faucet with the one we had on standby. To sum up a long ordeal, I cut the spray hose because it was in my way (it is a VERY cramped space under that sink) before realizing the “new” faucet’s parts didn’t at all line up with the old. Now, we had no water from the sink. I had to turn 3 ancient valves to stop it, and without the hose, there was no longer anything to stop the water if I turned it back on. So, we needed someone to come out to help. And fast. We needed the sink when we cooked Christmas dinner. Thus, our heroes come in for first contact. While they couldn’t come out that night, they made time for us to come out on Christmas Eve. So, the brave knights, Tom Jr. and Al, came thusly to slay the evil, ancient, water-spitting metal dragon whose rotted and rusty scales screeched with every movement. Alas, what was to be a “quick fix” was quickly turned to a longer skirmish. The dragon fought back. Er, that is to say, those valves I turned before? Well, one broke, and water gushed forth everywhere. They stopped it, and upon discovering that the “new” faucet didn’t fit and was ALSO outdated, they went OUR on our behalf and found and bought a brand new model from a good maker, brought it back, and finished the installation. We were touched that, not only did they squeeze us into their schedule on Christmas Eve, but they went above and beyond and went agopping on our behalf, as well. TLDR; they were awesome human beings who helped us in an emergency. 10/10, will use again.
