I purchased the heater alittle less than 2 years ago from here. No issues until yesterday (5 stars). Yesterday the fire went out. The technician was a 5 star. He was punctual and completed the work within 30 min. He stated the high winds blew out the ignition. Everything was perfect until the cost. The cost however was not good. Over 228 dollars to relight the ignition was extremely high for me. Extremely high.

T.O. Plumbing Services did an excellent job! Mr. Teddy installed a vanity, kitchen sink with faucet, and garbage disposal in no time. As a contractor who takes pride in professionalism, efficiency, and cleanliness, I recognize quality work when I see it—and this was top-notch. I’m glad I took the time to scroll down the list on Google because that’s how I found TO Plumbing. I thank God for that! If you need plumbing services, I highly recommend this company.
T.O. plumbing is not the best solution for fix your problem, in my case there take the down payment fast and I have to wait 1 week to replace a pipe and i talk with the manager wait at to Friday to pay the amount and she say Friday noon 2,366.85 but on Wednesday take the money with out my permission and my account go overdraft. 1,000 down but can’t wait at to Friday. 1st time with this company and last. No body awnser my calls and my email to get explained why can’t wait 2 days . Berry bad no body care just the cash. My recommendation if you have plumbing problem call other company not T.O. plumbing Service.
T. Os Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have found! Richard came out to fix our leaky toilet and his work and professionalism exceeded my expectations! We had another Plumbing Come by a week prior and T.Os was a breath of fresh air in comparison. I am very thankful to have received such honest, prompt and professional service. I will only use T.Os from here on out. I had many questions, even about plumbing outside of what we had fixed and Richard answered all of them. He took his time to diagnose our issue and did not rush. Thank God for T.Os Plumbing!!!
TO pluming was very quick to respond. Met all our needs in a timely manner. The staff was professional. I recommend them to do any repairs or new construction work .
