This is just the second time I’ve had Thomas Plumbing . The first was to work on a house my best friend was buying. They did an amazing job on it. As soon as I experienced a problem at my own house I did not hesitate to give them a call. I made the call to them after hours and I never expected them to show up until the next day but they came within an hour after I called. Shane Tyson is a wonderful young man and very knowledgeable about his work. They will be back tomorrow to begin what is going to be a major job. I’m very confident it will be done in the very best way. So very thankful for them.
I wouldn’t use anyone else!!! I’ve used a few plumbers in the area and Thomas is by far the best, friendliest, most professional and reasonably priced!!! You get a very personal touch with Thomas and they go above and beyond to make certain that things are done well and done correctly. Do not hesitate to call them first and last.
I had some rather unique requirements on my project and they were eager to satisfy my wishes and they made certain that they knew exactly what I wanted done and they knew how to do it.
Amazing! Tim and Noah were right on time with a text that they were on the way. I knew I had water pressure issues but I also needed to understand the systems of my older home (well and city water). Tim went through both, answered all of my questions and carefully looked for any issues. At completion, great pressure, I understand both systems and I could not be happier. A great team, company and experience.
It has been such a pleasure dealing with a professional/friendly company. Shane was absolutely the best. Explained everything he was doing, and gave the “why” behind it! Fast, clean and turned a stressful situation into a joy. And let’s not forget how reasonable the pricing! We will use no one else for all our future plumbing needs!
