Initially I thought tiger was amazing. I even gave them a glowing review and signed up for a membership. They were quick and knowledgeable and seemed helpful. That was until they had to replace my main sewer line which required them to come back and level my yard within 90 days. That was in February, I was left with a massive pile of dirt/mud in my front yard until August. I called probably 25 times between June and August and never received a call back. Finally they showed up one day and it was “fixed”. The giant mound of dirt was gone but it was completely uneven, huge holes in places, and tree roots sticking up through the ground. I have probably called 50 times between August and today and continue to get the same answer, “someone will call you in 24 hours”. I am done and over it, as a new and first time homeowner this was terrible. I will never use tiger again. Once they get their money you can forget about it.
Tiger has serviced my home a few times now, and the employees are absolutely wonderful. They are transparent, honest, and overall an amazing team. From the start, calling and scheduling services is a breeze, and the person on the other line is always cordial and pleasant. “Pleased” doesn’t even cut it. I really love this company, and I hope their employees know how much they are appreciated.
We really enjoy your professional workers coming in to check on the equipment your company has installed in our home. All your employees are great. Very professional and friendly.
