They took the time to explain my options and recommended a whole-house water filter to address the hard water in our area. Bill & DJ did an amazing job installing both the new water heater and the whole-house water filter, which works perfectly alongside our existing water softener. I highly recommend this company!
Timely and excellent response from Tri County Plumbing! Even though it wasn’t an emergency, they came out in a few hours to take care of the problem. DJ did an outstanding job for us in clearing a bathroom drain. Will definitely use this local company again!

After finding Tri-County Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning through a quick Google search, I reached out around 4 pm on a Thursday regarding a problem with my tub. Although I couldn’t reach anyone right away, I left a message and received a call back within 30 minutes. I spoke with the owner, who reassured me that someone would be out the next day.
True to their word, a representative arrived promptly around 9 am the following morning and got right to work. Within 90 minutes, my tub issue was resolved, and he took the time to walk me through the steps he’d taken to fix it.
