Very reliable company! We always get great service, and bugs are no longer an issue. If any bug is ever spotted, we just make a quick call and we get service immediately. Definitely affordable. Our technician, Spencer does a great job and is very thorough and polite. Always respectful of our property. Highly recommend this company. They are terrific!

My experience with TruBug has been great. I was initially contacted by a rep who stopped by my house and I followed up shortly after to start service. After getting set up, my first service was performed by Lorenzo the same day! Lorenzo was incredibly friendly and explained everything and did a walk with me around our property. Lorenzo was accommodating to the areas inside our home we wanted to not spray in and also went a step further by putting on shoe coverings to help keep our place clean.
Lorenzo and TruBug go a step further with the services they provide which set them apart from others I spoke to.
I’ve used various pest control services in the past and TruBug and Lorenzo have set the bar going forward.
