I have no idea what their service or pricing is like, so the review is not based on that. Per their website, they’re a full service plumbing company that offers commercial and residential services. However, when I called this morning, the person answering the phone stated they only offer commercial. Apparently they must be busy if they don’t maintain their website (i.e. their point-of-contact with potential customers).
Contacted for emergency water leak. Waterhouse Plumbing responded after hours, stopped leak, then replaced faulty water valve next morning. Excellent, professional and courteous service.
Waterhouse is ALWAYS there when I need them!! They come quickly after I call and fix the problem then!! They are quick, efficient and the staff is always super friendly and provide easy to understand details on problems that need to be fixed!!
