I had a possible rodent issue so I called and I did receive immediate presentation. While in my home I was given an option to buy services for a year. Yearly services as was explained to me that I could pay $704.00 for the year or $60.00 per month. I choose to pay $704.00 for the year. I used my credit card and he wrote down the number and then I asked if it cleared to know it was paid and I was told yes. So I believed all was good. Then about 2 months later I received a bill for $250.00. I ask the technician why I had the bill he told me when he came here it said all paid and that often the company will generate an invoice to show the customer how their money paid is being spent. Ok that sounded logical. The next month I ask again and I got the same answer. Then I noticed that this company attempted to charge some money on my credit card that now because of a heat pump issue was maxed out and I was charged a fee. I called only to find out I owed over $400.00 for 2 months. Without a doubt I ask why and the billing office representative said there was a $250.00 start up fee plus $60.00+ dollars for 3 months. Now I am confused. How did 3 months I spend more than half of what I was told was for the year. My contract says paid. Bottom line their contract means nothing, they can change your amount owed, one end of the process does know what the other end is saying. System failures and the customer is left with this companies billing issues. I made some mistakes. First I should have called with first bill or invoice. Second I should have checked to assure the $704.00 was on my credit card, third I should never have hired in the first place.
