Called wicked plumbing first thing in the morning. They were there within an hour and a half to fix my well motor. They worked hard in a tight space in the crawl space of the cellar. They had the parts we needed on hand no waiting and staffed so no waiting. Thank you Wicked Plumbing for fast service and at such a reasonable price!! We had our water heater basin give out and we had to head out the next day and Nick was quick to respond and get these set up quickly. Zack the installer was excellent prompt and very courteous. The whole team at Wicked plumbing was easy to work with and they helped set everything up for us. I would recommend Nick and his team to anyone looking for any kind of plumbing services. Everyone who calls a plumber is probably in a stressful situation. I called Wicked Plumbing and they actually answered the phone. They took down my information and within 15 minutes the boss called me back. He gave me several options as far as a timetable and was approachable and professional. An appointment was set up right away. Zack showed up on time and reviewed what needed to be done. No sales pitches were used, and they described what the job involved and why I needed it done. Zack was at my place for 4 hours and did a great job. He went over the amount of the bill before and after the work was completed. An invoice was sent within minutes to my email and text messages were sent telling me when they would arrive. Truly a professional business and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again with any other plumbing issue.
Had an issue with my water tank and called these guys based on the positive reviews. And there reviews are accurate! Didn’t end up going with the for the project, But was very impressed with the business and the young men. Was able to schedule a same day appointment, they were prompt, and the communication and pricing were clear and fair. Would definitely consider for future projects- Beth
