We wanted to be proactive and replace our water heater.
Before we started having issues. We made one call, and receive five star service! Ryan came out on time, he was simply the best! Neat & clean service. He made our choice of plumbers a great experience! Highly recommend Wild Water Plumbing! We live in a mobile home, plumbing isn’t the same as for stick built homes. Ryan knew the plumbing codes for both..So thankful for that!
SECOND AMAZING service with these guys! Can’t recommend them high enough! My tech was Ryan, and as always, he’s extremely patient, explains everything, knows his stuff, install was perfect! and gave me recommendations and quotes for the next job I want to get done at my house. Seriously, folks, if you need plumbing services in the Onslow County area it’s an easy choice. Cannot say enough about the excellent customer service! Justin was extremely helpful over the phone in scheduling and flexible with our availability. Luke our technician was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, gave us all the options to fix or replace out water heater- issued a quote right away and was not at all pushy about giving us time to decide. He turned right around and was able to make our repairs the same day! I will be recommending Wild Water to everyone I know!
Great Job – on time – experienced, very professional, explained all options to repair/replace Water Heater. Installed water heater, fixed all leaks and replaced all damaged hoses as required. Checked everything and ensured there was no leaks. Assisted in moving the washer and dryer back in place and balanced the washer as well. Very courteous and helpful. Great crew -outstanding job! Definitely will continue using this company! I was very impress with this Company! Thanks!
