Javier arrived in the time period specified and I received a text 30 minutes before he came. He was pleasant and friendly. He looked at the three things I needed repaired and gave me estimates. The estimates are set up to give the customer options and I appreciated having choices. In doing the work he found that a pressure reducing valve that was broken and leaking a little. I am glad he found that and was able to fix it as well because in time it would have caused issues. He was very good about keeping the house clean. I would highly recommend Javier and this company for your plumbing needs.
We hired William Parrish to install a new water heater in the house we just bought! Our technicians, Javier and Lazaro were amazing to work with. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to be around all day long. I felt very comfortable asking questions about the installation process. Javier did a great job of coming to give an estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
