Apparently I’m not the only person getting exceptional customer service at this business judging by the reviews, however when I go in the building they make me feel like my plumbing problem is the most important thing going on. They are knowledgeable and friendly and will not hesitate to offer up their years of expertise and knowledge to help you solve your problems. Great small business that we are very lucky to have in our city. Will not go anywhere else.
You want good customer service you gotta come here. These guys know everything. Don’t waste your time going to home depot where there’s hardly ever a worker to help. I come here for all kinds of stuff nice place.
Given an estimate for drain replacement in my basement, estimate given was $1900.00 I agreed , after several text messages asking them what date could they do it, I received a call back saying the estimate would be around $3500.00 now, I found another plumbing company to do the job at $1600.00 ,
